if you are charged custom import duty please send us a copy of the receipt once we verify it we will refund this charges limited to the total value of the order , If your country is not on this then there might be import duty applied but in our experience the vast majority of our shipment either arrives without attracting any import duty or a minimal duty applied but this is not guaranteed as fees and charges changes all the time and it is the sole responsibility of these charges that are not on the duty free list lies with the customer consignee.
